Be Happy Foundation was founded in Lagos by Mrs. Rose Ogbechie, a senior lecturer at Lagos Business School and passionate advocate for youth and women.
In a country where suicide is one of the leading causes of death among young people and 20% experience depression before adulthood, our mission is clear: happiness is serious business.
Through seminars, workshops, mentorship, and empowerment programs, we are helping people break free from negative thoughts, fear, and despair—so they can embrace joy, peace, and purpose.
